Lake Nakuru National Park Day Trip

Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from Nairobi followed by a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley escarpment. Along the way, there will be a short stop at a viewpoint where you can admire the stunning panorama of the Rift Valley and take photos.

Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru National Park, the game drive begins, offering opportunities to see flamingos, pelicans, and other birdlife along the lake shores, as well as buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and antelopes grazing in the savannah.

The park is also one of the best places in Kenya to spot both black and white rhinos, alongside predators such as lions and leopards that may be seen resting on the acacia trees.
Midday, you will have a picnic-style lunch at one of the designated sites within the park, allowing you to enjoy your meal surrounded by nature.

After lunch, the game drive continues through the woodlands and viewpoints such as Baboon Cliff, where you can enjoy breathtaking views over the lake. In the afternoon, you will exit the park and begin your return journey to Nairobi, arriving in the evening where you will be dropped off at your hotel or residence.
