Itinerary Detail

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA), you will be warmly welcomed by our driver-guide and transferred to your hotel in Nairobi. After settling in, you may opt to head to the famous Giraffe Center where you’ll have the unique chance to come face-to-face with the endangered Rothschild giraffes. Feed them from a raised platform, learn about their conservation, and enjoy this up-close wildlife encounter. Later, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay, preparing for the adventures ahead.

After an early breakfast, your journey begins with a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley and onward to the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival, you’ll check into your lodge and enjoy lunch before taking time to relax. In the late afternoon, head out for your first game drive in the reserve. The Mara is famed for its abundance of wildlife, and you’ll have the chance to spot elephants, giraffes, lions, and other animals as the sun sets over the plains. You may also choose to visit a traditional Masai village (optional, at extra cost) to learn about their way of life and culture. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

This day is dedicated to a full-day safari in the Masai Mara. After breakfast, set out across the sweeping plains in search of the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino—alongside cheetahs, hyenas, zebras, and wildebeests. The Masai Mara is also known for its spectacular birdlife and dramatic landscapes. You’ll enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot within the reserve before continuing your exploration into the afternoon. As evening falls, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast at your lodge, you will depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch. Famous for its rhino sanctuary and the possibility of spotting both black and white rhinos, Nakuru is also home to giraffes, zebras, lions, and over 400 species of birds. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a game drive in the park, where the shallow soda lake often attracts flocks of flamingos and pelicans. Dinner and overnight will be at your lodge in Nakuru.

After breakfast, you will continue to Lake Naivasha, a peaceful freshwater lake known for its birdlife and hippo pods. Arrive at your resort in time for check-in and lunch, then enjoy some leisure time in the tranquil surroundings. In the afternoon, you may choose to embark on a boat safari (optional, at extra cost), where you’ll spot hippos, a variety of bird species, and perhaps giraffes browsing along the shoreline. Return to your resort for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for Amboseli National Park, famous for its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and take some time to relax. Later in the afternoon, head out on an evening game drive, where Amboseli’s vast plains offer incredible opportunities to see large herds of elephants, along with lions, cheetahs, zebras, and numerous bird species. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy a full-day exploration of Amboseli National Park. With Kilimanjaro as your backdrop, the park offers some of the best opportunities in Africa to observe free-ranging elephants at close range. Other wildlife includes buffaloes, hippos, wildebeests, hyenas, and many bird species. You will carry a picnic lunch to maximize your time in the park and enjoy the different habitats, from swamps to acacia woodlands and dry plains. Return in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

After breakfast, check out of your lodge and begin your return journey to Nairobi. You will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in time for your departure flight, marking the end of your safari and an unforgettable adventure in Kenya.
