Upon arrival in Nairobi, you will be met by your driver-guide and set out on a drive north towards Samburu National Reserve. The journey takes you across the equator into the rugged landscapes of northern Kenya. You will arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, you will head out for your first game drive in Samburu, where you may encounter elephants, lions, leopards, and the region’s rare species that make it distinct from other parks in Kenya. As the sun sets, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Comfortable lodges and camps, guided game drives in a 4×4 safari vehicle, and full-board stays ensure you experience the best of Kenya’s wilderness in just four days.
Itinerary Detail
After breakfast, you will spend the day exploring Samburu National Reserve. You may opt for morning and afternoon game drives or a full-day excursion with a picnic lunch. The reserve is known not only for its predators but also for its herds of elephants, graceful antelopes, and an abundance of birdlife. Along the Ewaso Nyiro River, you might spot crocodiles basking in the sun or giraffes bending down for a drink. The dramatic scenery of rocky hills and acacia woodlands provides a striking backdrop to your safari experience. In the evening, return to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.
Following breakfast, you will check out and drive south towards the foothills of Mount Kenya to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Upon arrival, you will check in and enjoy lunch at your lodge or camp.
