Itinerary (Narrative Style)
Your day begins with a drive to Limuru, a region known for its cool climate and rolling green hills blanketed in tea plantations. Upon arrival at Kiambethu Tea Farm, you’ll be welcomed with a cup of freshly brewed Kenyan tea as you are introduced to the history of the farm, established in the early 1900s.
A guided walk follows, taking you through the estate’s vibrant tea fields, where you’ll learn about the cultivation and harvesting process that has made Kenyan tea world-famous. The walk continues into a nearby indigenous forest, home to a variety of bird species and playful colobus monkeys, providing a serene nature experience.
Afterward, return to the farmhouse gardens to enjoy a traditional Kenyan lunch, freshly prepared from local ingredients. The afternoon is spent relaxing in the tranquil gardens, soaking in panoramic views of the tea plantations, before returning to Nairobi
